Let's Run Away
Written and performed by Daniel MacIvor, directed and dramaturged by Daniel Brooks
Peter’s a bit stressed. He has an unpublished memoir. It was written by someone who abandoned him. Peter wants to read us the parts about him. And if Peter can keep his cool, and if the people who work at the theatre can help him set everything up, and if the audience can just give him a little bit of their time and their attention and their silence, maybe he can tell everyone something about who we really are and who we are to others and who we might be to ourselves when we’re alone. And maybe that can make it all a little bit easier.
Let’s Run Away is written and performed by Daniel MacIvor, directed and dramaturged by Daniel Brooks, and is co-produced by 2b and reWORK Productions.
The show begins at 7:30pm (except for Sunday Matinees), at the Bus Stop Theatre.
Doors to the Bus Stop lobby open half an hour before the show at 7:00pm. Doors to the performance open at 7:15pm.
Due to the nature of the performance, we will be unable to admit latecomers to the show. If you will be unable to arrive for 7:30, please reach out to us at 2b and we can try to exchange your ticket for another evening.
Masks will be required at performances on Wednesday, April 19th and Thursday April 20th.
